2025-2026 Academic Calendar Publication Project 

The Office of the Registrar is committed to ensuring the timely and accurate publication of the university's annual academic calendar to the CSU Chancellor's Office. This effort aims to support academic operations, human resources, payroll, and instructional planning by aligning campus schedules with systemwide guidelines.

Completion Date: 2/12/2025

Timeline of Activities:

  • November 2024: 
    • Met with key stakeholders to discuss the academic calendar and gather input. 
  • December 2024: 
    • Shared the draft version of the calendar with the Provost's Office for review and feedback. 
  • January 2025: 
    • Received approval from the President's Cabinet for the finalized version of the academic calendar. 
  • February 12, 2025: 
    • Successfully submitted the 2025/2026 Academic Calendar and Pay Period Certification in the CSU Chancellor's Office ACAL Database. 
    • Contacted IT to request an update to the CSUF academic calendar website.
